Home Delivery + Membership

Here at PetzLove we want your shopping experince to be convenient, so we have a few different ways to get your pet supplies if you can't visit us in-store. We offer Home Delivery to all cutomers within a certain geographic area based on zipcodes, we also offer a unique Home Delivery Club Membership for those regulars who need their stuff and don't want to rack up delivery fees all year! Auto Delivery and Curbside Pickup are also avaliable, learn more below.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Zipcodes80124, 80130, 80126, 80129, 80112, 80122, 80134, 80108, 80109*, 80138*, 80104*

*Some restrictions may apply.

Our delivery zone includes Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines. Also, some zipcodes in Highlands Ranch, Englewood and Centennial. Though please check that your address falls within the listed zipcodes.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Delivery Days: Monday - Saturday (Sundays and Holidays are excluded)

Same Day Delivery: For orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday - Saturday.

Next Day Delivery: All orders placed after 12pm (noon), excluding Sunday Delivery.

HOME DELIVERY FOR EVERYONE:

  • Orders UNDER $99 are subject to a $6.99 delivery fee.
  • Orders OVER $99, within our delivery zone, are FREE!

HOME DELIVERY CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

For folks who order regularly, this membership pays for itself in just 9 deliveries!

  • Annual Membership of $59.99
  • Unlimited Free Deliveries on orders OVER $40

Please note that Home Delivery Club Membership is NOT the same as your store loyalty points account which is registered under your name, phone number and email when you shop in store and online.

WHAT ABOUT SUBSCRIPTION / AUTO ORDERS?

We offer repeat delivery or store pickup on a regular schdule, please contact the store to make these arrangements. You can call us at (720) 389-5171 or email info@petzlovefood.com

These orders can be changed or cancelled at anytime, please give at least 48 hours notice from your next schduled order to make these changes.

WHAT ABOUT CURBSIDE PICKUP?

Yes! We can do that. Just place your order over the phone or online and choose "in-store pickup", once yotu receive a notification that your order is ready and you arrive, call the store at (720) 389-5171 and we will bring it out to you!

DO WE SHIP?

NO. We do not ship via any postal services at this time.
