Return Policy

All returns require a proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted past 30 days of original purchase.

The following items must be returned within 24 HOURS of original purchase and must be resellable by the store,

  • Pet Clothing - Sweaters, jackets, coats, boots, etc

  • Leashes, collars, and harnesses

  • Backpacks, carriers, etc.

  • Pet furniture - beds, crates, mats, cat scratchers, etc.

  • Cages, crates, ramps, etc.

  • Grooming tools and brushes.

All returned items must be in the original packaging/with tags attached, in resellable condition. Extensively used items will not be accepted. 

Note: You are welcome to bring your leashed and well-behaved pets into the store to ensure that items are properly sized prior to purchase.

We DO NOT accept returns on the following:

  • Chewed or used toys

  • Chewed or opened bones/chews

  • Worn or used collars/leashes

  • Worn or used clothing

  • Worn or used bedding

  • Open or used items

  • Clearance or close-out items

Food

We offer a full guarantee on all our quality pet foods within 30 days of original purchase. The food must have at least 50% or more of the product remaining and still be in the original packaging, original receipt required. 

Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearence/closeout items. No refunds.

Price Changes

If the price of an item you are returning has changed, you will be refunded the price indicated on your receipt. Any sales made with manufacturer coupons or rebates, will be refunded at the price paid on the receipt. 

Customer Accounts

For customers in our database, associates in-store may look up your accounts and retrieve the original receipts, At our discretion, we may allow a return of the original payment, or in-store credit.
