Special Orders & Holds Policy

Due to the high volume of special orders and holds we receive, we are unable to hold items for an extended period of time. This takes up our precious overstock storage and somtimes leads to product expiring as it waits to be picked up.

UNPAID items will be held for 14 days, then restocked without notice.

PAID items will be held for 6 weeks from order/received date, the item will then be restocked WITHOUT REFUND, no exceptions.

We make every effort to keep customers informed of Special Order and Online Order status, via call/voicemail, text and/or email.

It is the customers responsibility to retrieve their orders in a timely fashion, PetzLove reserves the right restock items left behind as outlined above.
